4-10 Players- These smaller groups allow for more individualized attention to break down skills on a technical level, while creating a competitive atmosphere through implementation of small area games.
1-3 Players- Sessions break down specific skills based on player needs. Drills are implemented that take them out of their comfort zone and put them in game-type situations. Players are shown video of themselves to further emphasize specific teaching points.
8-20 Players - Weekly focus on one of the following:
Shooting/ Scoring Camps
Defensemen Camps
Battle Camps
Powerskating & Overspeed Skills Camps
Individual Player- Detailed review of individual skills that are filmed during lessons OR key takeaways from game shifts. Click below for more details
Full Teams- RMHA has been working with teams of all levels to get them prepared for the upcoming seasons. Training camps are high paced and include overspeed drills, competitive situations, and small area games to improve hockey IQ.
Full Teams- Teams will go through full ice overspeed skills training and then be broken up into smaller groups for stations work to allow for more repetitions and puck touches. Competitive drills at the end will further emphasize the skills the players focused on.
10-20 Coaches - Classroom presentations that use video examples and powerpoint presentations to review topics such as “Creating a Practice Plan”, “Offensive Habits”, as well as detailed systems play.
